Job Description:
You will be handling strategic SEO campaigns, where you will have to create and work on on-page, off-page, Local SEO, and technical SEO strategies.
Technical and On-Page
- Performs a thorough website evaluation to find any technical issues on the website using various tools, such as Screaming Frog, SEMrush, and AHREFs.
- Manually finding out SEO technical issues that are not triggered by SEO tools.
- Provides various recommendations to improve the website structure, design, content, interlinking, and other factors to improve SEO score and user experience.
- Performs intent-based keyword research to optimize different types of website pages.
- Creating metadata based on industry standards.
- Content audit focusing on keyword gap and content structuring.
- E-commerce website audit for content duplication, product page inventory monitoring, reducing traffic drop, canonical tags &, etc.
- Should have worked on 15+ campaigns focusing towords on-page SEO.
Off-page & Local SEO
- Builds authoritative link-building strategies to enhance the backlink profile of the website.
- Should have worked extensively on guest blogging link-building.
- NAP consistent link building to enhance local visibility.
- Should have worked on influencer link-building, brand link-building, and product review link-building & Guest blogging.
Functional & Communication
- Have experience in training team members.
- Clearly communicates ideas, solutions, challenges, and results to the client in a timely manner.
- Manages client's expectations in terms of website organic performance and business growth.
- Should be good in both email and call communication.
- Task & ETA management.
- Coordinates with cross-team to improve website performance.
Strategy & Performance
- Analyze the website and define a strategy to improve the website's organic traffic.
- Brainstorms for new SEO tactics and analyzes search algorithms to create new and creative growth strategies.
- Creates and introduces strategies based on the client's goals based on the business's niche.
- Defines KPIs every six months and devises a strategy to achieve them.
- Monitors and tracks project progress and proactively handles any issues that arise.
- Strategizing SEO to get more conversions to the website.
Reporting:
- Create website performance reports using Google Analytics and Search Console in Google Looker Studio.
- Analysis of traffic drop and keyword drop.
- Providing insightful findings into the report.
- Custom reporting for e-commerce clients based on keyword, traffic, and customer acquisition.
- Provide new strategies to improve the website's performance.
